This product is the greatest add on for flightsimulation I have even seen. Just hearing the respective different regional ATC and pilot's accents brings an incredible worldy experience and expresses the wonder of travel.

In addition, having the co-pilot handle the comms is such a relief...no more distraction of several nonsense handoffs right after takeoff...

The taxi guidance feature also ups the realism from the purple line on the taxiway...

And if that's not enough...the co-pilot makes the altutude and course changes!

I don't know why it took me so long to find PFE, but I'm olny begining to scratch the surface...Thank you Dave March...and others...for superb and prompt support, and putting up with my "growing pains".

Best product ever!

I second the OP comments. A superb program which adds completely new dimensions to a flight.

The problems you reported made me feel that you might not like PFE, so I am very glad you posted this!

Welcome to the secret club of people who managed to make it work :)

I agree, I've been with PFE off and on since the start several years ago. Whilst I am focused on North American ops, PFE is still the best out there for any global location. Much of my GA flying is VFR/VMC and PFE is about the only program that adequately provides Flight Following services. It is comforting to note the continued forum activity after all these years.

(Dave, you probably don't remember me, I'm the guy from the airlines that suggested the digital ATIS to better capture real-world ops.)

Please advise if there is anything I can do to support continued PFE development.

Kind Regards,

Les Parson

I completely agree. A great program. There is a large learning curve but well worth the effort.
