1. I use Active Sky Next for my wx generator. That being the case, is it necessary to check the "Use Real Weather" option in PF2000 or will ASN always override this?

2. I'm assuming "Center" refers to the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) as they're known here in the US. If my flt plan calls for a cruising altitude of say, 12000 ft, should I lower the Center Altitude to a figure below 12000 to have contact with the Center?

Thanks.

1. Yes you need to select 'Use Real Weather' otherwise you will find your Compile button greyed out

2. Yes

Dave, thanks very much (again) for your help.

PFE is working for me now with one remaining issue.

I see the TGS on my panel (located bottom-center) but it is a "black box", with no data or other information contained within.

Is there anything, in particular, I can check in my panel.cfg file(s) to see if I can correct this?

Bob

Not a problem as I realized that I can use the voice command for runway guidance.
