New user of PFE 2.15 and PF2000

I select a flt plan listed in PFE and successfully convert it to PF2000 format.

PFE correctly shows my target folder is C:\pfe\fs2000\pilots.

I next launch PF2000 and click the "Open" button but no flt plans are listed on the right hand side. It's empty.

I noticed that FS2000 is looking for the flt plans in the following path: C:\pfe\fs2000\pf2000\flight plans, which is obviously not the right folder.

How can I change this to reflect the correct target folder? When I click the "C" folder listed on the left hand side, nothing happens.

Any assistance appreciated. Thanks.

This specific problem resolved. I was pressing the open button and corrected it by pressing the "select flight" button.

A new problem. The plan went through the compile procedure and it said that the plan compiled successfully. But, an error msg appeared which said, "The Adventure Compiler could not be found. Please verify that the path under the View Options Menu is set correctly to the Adventure Compiler".

In my PF Emulator.ini file, I have a line which reads: ADVPath=C:\PFE\FS2000\ADV\
The aplc32.exe file and the WALPC32 file are located in the same folder(C:\PFE\FS2000\ADV).

The APLC Path listed in PF2000 is: C:\pfe\FS2000\adv

MY OS is Windows 7 64-bit.

Thanks again.

Please EMAIL me a copy of your PF2000.CFG file.

Also, have you told your virus checker to leave the PFE folders alone. My virus checker has just started removing the APLC32.exe file ! :o

Dave, I just emailed by PF2000.cfg file to you.

Yes, I have told Norton 360 to exclude any activity regarding the PFE folder. That was one of the first things I did.
And note that with Norton 360, you have to tell it to exclude PFE from virus scans and from "Sonar" (Sonar is realtime protection).

Thanks for your help.

Bob
