If no please update using the 'updates' button on the main menu or use one of the download links as described in the post 'PFE Manual Install...

It should appear at the end of the list prefixed with 'User:'

Please email be the latest blackbox.log file from FDC\Logs

Please ensure you are running the latest version of FDC (3.11)... if not please update... if you are, please reinstall.

When you install FDC please ensure you stop all other applications that maybe running....in particular any security products.

Best thing to do then is use the cumulative download listed in the PFE Manual Installation Instructions post

Why would you want two ATC's playing at the same time. Turn FSX ATC off!!

My guess would be you have a bad installation.... please read the 'sticky' post entitled How to Rectify a Suspected Bad Installation
