Hi,

The PF2000 help file is hidden in your PFE folder. On my system, the path is
Aerosoft\PFE\FS2000\PF2000\PF2000help.chm. Double-click the file directly to open it.

I'm not an expert by any means but I have a couple of thoughts. Did you maybe have a crosswind on one occasion and not the other, which would affect your alignment with the runway on approach? If the problem persists, you could try rebuilding the databases (see manual).
