the text screen does not show frequency text. as my photo shows , that's all it is visible.

I did as you said and followed every step. additional direct files are installed. but no luck. I had a PF3 software on my old PC which was broken. I purchased a new PC with MSFS. How can I download PF3 again to this new PC? Where can I find the link to it? Do i need to pay again for it?
