I have the same problem. At EPWA Atc give me initial FL150 and after i maintain this, ATC "think" that i'm still on 7000 ft.
Requesting higher altitude not working also

I can confirm to, v 3.9.0 works without any problem.
After i put. ocx into PF3 folder v 3.10 are working to.

Ok, i find file on net and put it only on PF3 folder without register any thing now it works!

I was wrong, i find and put into PF3 comdlg32.dll not comdlg32.ocx - wher did you find this?

The same for me. I have this in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and i put it into PF3 folder and nothing change. I still can't load flight plan

I just update to v. 3.10.0 and i try to make a flight.
As always i prepered flight plan in simbrief and try to load into PF3.
But then press Select a Flight Plan buton i have error 339: comdlg32.ocx
