OK Dave, sorry for the confusion. So here's my basic question. Why can't I get any of my complex airplanes to trigger any user files during descent? They all trigger during assent but unless I set them up with times to activate them,that's the last I hear from them. I thought the JS 4100 was the exc...

Hi. I have learned how to set up and use the User Files but I am having trouble getting them to play if I choose a descent altitude instead of the timer function. If I leave them all to say 1 min they all play fine,but I want two of them to be triggered by the altitude during descent,say at 25000ft...

Hi Dave. Let me tell you what I have so far. As I look in my FDC/FDC User_Announcements folder, I now have three folders=Long haul Med haul and Short haul.(I don't remember how I got them there!) Maybe I pulled them out of the disc and placed them directly in this folder. I now see 7 folders in the ...

I have been trying to play the user files that come with the disc,but I am not getting to far.
Can you tell me the procedure to use these files. I am not even sure if I installed them correctly.I have read the instructions but I must be missing something.

Hi Dave.
I have noticed that sometimes after a flight of an hour or so that FDC is back in the menu again after landing. I checked it before landing and it was not there,but when I came to shut down it was back and I could disable it as usual.

O K Jim,thanks for checking,at least I know it is not just me. I guess I'll just live with it until the next update when maybe it will get resolved.

Hi. When I activate FDC in the add-ons menu,it activates and then disappears from the menu.The program runs fine but I can not deactivate it at the end of the flight like I used to. It is the latest version,and it only does this on my Win 7 drive,not on the Vista drive. Any thoughts? Thanks Dennis
