What aircraft are you using thats not working correctly with PFE and FDC? Try this in FS,goto Aircraft-Realism settings-General i have it slide all the way to the left,this maybe of some help you to you or it may not... ;) Just also had a thought.....do you still have Altitude button lit on your a/...

Just backing up what Dave has said,PFE will tell you to descend on the ILS and to contact Tower when established on the ILS etc. If you FDC then your co-pilot will call this,Localizer captured or Glideslope captured when in range. You need to manually tune the Nav 1 to receive the ILS,especially wi...

I am having problems with the ILS at different airports when using PFE/FDC. PFE informs me glide slope is captured but the ILS will not controle the aircraft vertically,only laterally. I assumed it was a problem with FSX until tonight when I tested it without PFE/FDC and it worked perfectly. Any hel...

Thanks Dave, I've been creating the flight plan as you recommended for a few days now....works like a charm! Maybe to avoid confusion the "Please Note: This step is entirely optional" part should be removed. :?

Thanks Dave, I'm a bit confused. Do you mean the part in the manual named ADJUSTING FLIGHT PLANS FOR THE GPS ? I've never used that part as it also reads "Please Note: This step is entirely optional".

Whenever I fly in the southern hemisphere and am nearing my destination PFE advises me I'm 250 miles or so off the airway. Last night flight plans were Honolulu to Aukland and Aukland to Brisbane,both times I got the same message so I had to finish the flight without PFE. I used the default 747-400 ...

Can somebody please recommend a flight planner to use with PFE Deluxe.? I'm using the FSX default one at the moment. What are the advantages with a dedicated one like FSBuild? I like to fly the big jets world wide.
