I think your reaction is well over the top don't you? At least what I say are facts! And if an example is over used it's because it's a good example. People say things as facts when they are "half" facts. What you said and the way you said it can easily be taken by others who are not in a...

And it will not even add a lot of realism, as real-world controllers usually do not spell the procedures' names letter by letter. Actually that's not quite correct. Whilst it is true that both ATC and aircrew will "attempt" to pronounce the name of a fix etc.. If there is any misunderstan...

Vololiberista, you implicitly say that making a qualified selection of procedures and then flying them exactly as planned is as real as it gets? Let me disagree. Why? I want to fly the same routes that are flown by the real airliners. And I do not want to have a perfect knowledge of the future. Pil...

The idea that the SID and or STAR are unknown until ATC assign them is rubbish! The question is whether we want to fly realistically or not. Actually, the idea that pilots always fly a known published procedure is rubbish :) Look at the attached real-world routes. The same airport, the same runway,...

This is the look of the new Randomizer with MCE plug-in: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0cqzacrlgb0kxpp/randomizer25.JPG?dl=1 The core functionality is the same, all old presets are usable. The goal was to make its use more easy and comfortable. I added some options that I needed myself, including MCE vo...

The reason for your script not working as expected is that the Pilot's voice selection in PF3.ini is controlled by three keys: Default_Accent Default_Voice PVList The third item (PVList) actually sets the voice name selection in PF3 UI. You have to select the desired voice in PF3, close it, check th...

Thank you Ralf for your great contribution!

The adjustments are clever and I would recommend your presets as a generic standard.

I find myself flying the same route over and over again too :) At the moment, it's Doha - Dubai.

En route to Sydney using [l STAR] Preset, speeds replaced with 'Rigoletto' for some opera feeling :D This is my last Australian flight for Jetstar before moving to Dubai. Will share my Presets from there if proven good ;)

Sounds like you guys are having fun. I actually had the rear seat in a 1939 Tiger Moth out of Cairns back in 97. We did a lot of aerobatics and then flew over the reef! It was a surprise birthday treat from my wife. I captured it all on video... One day I'll dig out the tape and put it on YouTube W...

If I get one of your very hight-speed approaches in Cairns, it'll be a test! In case I don't survive, take care of this forum, please :D Roman :D If you can't make it, please do what OZ214 should have done - in time: Go Around! Everything went perfect and we safely landed after being cleared for 'V...
