The listed ILS frequencies for both runways is 0.
It is fine for other airports, so it seems there is a problem with your scenery.

You could cross check in runways.txt, which was generated by makerwys and should be located in the FSX directory.

Open PF3.ini and check if you have "HotkeyBeep=1" in the [Tweaks] section. If yes, set it to 0.

They're not included.
You could use Aigle Azur as a somewhat "similar" sounding replacement. Not ideal, but the best one can do without cutting and pasting audio tracks.
