I fear Dave may be right and the entire folder has somehow been set 'read-only'. Yes I did that this morning, and unchecked the read only. Still doesn't work.

Using Webroot and Windows 10

It downloads a very small portion of the update and then grinds to a halt. So then I tried something else. I selected...
