Hello, About your statement in being techinacally IFR in a controlled airspace, in all due respect this is completely wrong. Flying IFR/VFR and being in a controlled airspace are totally different from each other, one is flying rules while the other is the fact of being subject to ATC authorization...

I've just landed at LIRF Fumicino, Rome and while the aircraft made the correct directions for the runway, it quickly became apparent that it was not losing altitude so I had to land manually. That was ok, but If I'm on ILS I expect the aircraft to more or less put itself down for me. Any ideas any...

Please find the debug_monitor.log file as well as my FPP folder. I totally understand that PF3 cannot map every single airspace, but then it's not accurate and still having the option to set it to 18000 ft would be useful ... I wasn't flying an IFR airplane and I had to climb at this altitude if I ...

Hello, I'm encountering a quite annoying issue with the latest version: I can't get the "Use Transition Alt for VFR max altitude" option, so I cannot untick it and ATC always ask for changing my VFR flight plan into VFR. How could I solve this please? EDIT: Just saw you changed the way it...

Ok-thanks fellers. Next time I come across it I'll let you know as well as the airport designer. I know the Scottish one's are all ok because I beta tested the airports addons for both Arm Computers and Scotflight. I can't speak for UK2000 because Norman Dean looked after those for Gary Summons. Go...

Only on a couple occasions recently, I've noticed a discrepancy in the runway numbers given by the SID & STARS section and the runway marked on the tarmac and recorded by the flight sim addon modelers. It's only by one number, say 26 instead of 27 or something like that. Is this a problem with ...

Regarding the descent, I took a fast look at the flight plan and it looks like you adjusted the altitude for your last waypoint to 13000 but did not adjust the other altitudes, so at LGL (18 miles before your last waypoint) you are still at FL250. I would recommend adjusting LGL to an altitude of n...

Everyone, I changed my FAF settings back to 7NM and believe I got it back on point. I took a flight from PNH-REP and had to request FL20 as indicated in my flightplan. I got within about 60-70 NM before ATC told me to descend to 2,500. It was a rollercoaster approach all the way into REP with speed...

When I first checked I must admit I thought the FAF fix seemed a long way out and then I noticed you've changed your setting to 30 miles... Agree that your FAF setting is likely the cause. A setting of 30 will result in a very (unnecessarily) long downwind. I have mine set at 9 and that allows plen...
