Whatever hotkeys you decide to use in PF3 you need to unassign/unbind in MFSF if they are used.

It's most probably just a timing issue. PF3 doesn't control AI traffic and only simulates ATC instructions to AI aircraft on an 'after the event' process. eg. Mmmmh... you're using the gauge aren't you? In which case it's possible some changes we made to the way TGS works and handles turns, etc has upset the gauge.
