Why only two waypoints on a fpl of over 1,300nm? It was what SimBrief gave me for a route. Before that I tried RouteFinder and that came up with an over 4K Nm route. Of course, having a route that is closer to the Great Circle route is better. But this is all I had and still I wonder why ATC acted ...

Hi, I was on a flight from CYYR (Goose Bay) over the pond the BIKF (Keflavik). ATC was on Gander frequency and I was cleared to FL250. Around 14,500 ft. ATC instructed me to 11,000 and kept on telling me that. My VCP was fully aware of the altitude I was on. So something is wrong here. P3Dv3.4, Maje...

Admitedly I use FS9. And that might be the reason why. I know from the past that some simmers stayed on FS9 because it considered 'the world' to be flat. In FSX however, 'te world' is a globe. And P3D takes it one step further to 3D. I have seen FS9 PC's suffocate after a switch to FSX and the same...

I made a flight EDDP to LGSA. SID and STAR are not in the flightplan used by PF3 but are checked as active. Everything went well flying the STAR, including being stepped down and speed adjustments by PF3. Untill on (short) final where you expect a 'cleared to land'. Further PF3 stayed silent. LGSA h...

Without AI you are missing a lot of the immersion PF3 brings, because you won't hear ATC talking to the other aircraft and not announcing traffic advisories. I'd suggest using one of the free or commercial AI packages that include simplified models for the AI aircraft, so the AI aircraft do not eac...

Hi, Due to the limits of my configuration, I have the AI sliders both at zero. AI takes a lot of processing power and I simply need that for scenery and clouds. After all...., it's all about flying. At the holding point of the runway I (logically) always get a direct takeoff clearence. It would be n...

Hi,

I am flying around in the United States of America for a few days and both, the ATIS and ATC gives me (with no exception) f.i. "Altitude 1017" instead of "Altitude 30.03". So the values are QNH instead of Inches of Mercury.

So having the correct phrase here would require editing 238 voice files. That would certainly not be my solution (as a retired software specialist). PF3 'knows' it's an IFR flight on FL240. PF3 switches the AC to a CONTROL freq. So to me it would be logical that 'Multicom' is out of the question he...

Here are the logs and the flightplan.

And one more thing......:
According to ICAO rules, runway numbers 01 to 09 must be pronounced as 'ZERO ONE through ZERO NINER' and not 'ONE through NINER' as in PF3. I guess other purists have reported this already.
