Thanks, Dave. The problem happens at airports with no ATIS frequency and I try to get field conditions from Multicom or FSS. If there's an ATIS frequency I seem to get the correct weather at the field.

Even saying "I don't know" is better than just ignoring a question. I'm disappointed.

Yes, it is normal and not an error. FSbuild flight plans are already in FS2002 format...that's what PFE is telling you.

Run PFE_Displayer during your flight. It will give you the correct frequencies at your departure and arrival airports, and also a list of commands you can use when tuned to each frequencie.

A shame, but understandable given that it's based on a program that hasn't been in development for some time. It's doing a good job for me now, at that's what counts.
