I have recently installed PFE. All goes well until I click on Select New Adventure when I get 'Run-time error 52 Bad file name or Number' . I have reinstalled with no change. Both PFE and FSX have their own folders on C Drive. Where am I going wrong. Help much appreciated.

Recently had to reinstall Windows 7 and FSX-Acceleration. Problem now after reinstalling PFE and the update to V2.14.0, I get a message. "Run-Time Error '13' Type Mismatch", when I try to open the ProFlight 2000 Application.
Will appreciate any help.

I have just had to uninstall and reinstall and when I click on the PF 2000 icon I receive the following message;

Run-Time Error

Type Mismatch.

Could anyone throw any light on the possible cause.

Reinstalled PFE 2.14. PFE runs fine, but when I try to open PF2000, I get the above error message. I've tried to reinstall several times with same results. There's apparently a utility posted that will fix this error, but I can't find it.

When I try to start pf2000 to compile my flight plan I get runtime error 5 invalid procedure call or argument, I looked through the faq and checked the forums but don't see a fix for this.
