Thanks all, I've got the software working perfectly now. Cracking, really cracking!

However....... I've not received my licence file and the trial has expired. Tut tut... emailing support now.

Right, I've finally got it working. I had to reinstall but followed the tutorial and it's now working. The only problem I have is the \ key doesn't do anything? It's supposed to be "Roger" but hitting it after instruction does nothing. Is that right, or does the fact that I'm using a UK keyboard ...

Thanks for the response, Dave. I did indeed watch all the tutorial vids and read every one of the FAQ's, which is why I've resorted to posting on here.

My title may be a little unfair, considering I've only had it for a day and not yet asked for help. Apologies if my initial post come across the wrong way. I just struggled to find any similar user problems to explain a fix and I'm losing the will to live.
