Hi Dave,
I have got my co-pilot back. It would seem the hotkey is limited to the spacebar or combo + spacebar. If I reassign another key it doesn't work. I haven't tried too many keys but as the spacebar + CTRL works that will do me.

Yes it still works.

I Have found if you uncheck Simulate Radio Comms but tick the Radio noise vol variation box and adjust slider to your liking then the voice files are all ok. This setup still gives the impression of the voice over radio sound.

Flight Management Computer. If you are going to fly the big airliners like PMDG or the like you will want to master that. Steep learning curve but great fun once mastered and adds a lot to the simulator.

as Dan says, yes you get random holds which can be adjusted to the likelihood of getting one. It is one of the things that make this a good ATC program. Mind you it can get a bit busy when a hold is issued and you are trying to input all the info into the FMC. Great fun.
