How would I contact the Flight Service Station, while in-flight, if I'm with the Center and I want to cancel IFR because, for example, the wx has cleared to VFR conditions (I'm flying GA A/C below 18000'). Is there a way to cancel an IFR flight plan, in-flight, and continue flying vfr while still in contact with proflight ATC?

Dave, I just emailed by PF2000.cfg file to you. Yes, I have told Norton 360 to exclude any activity regarding the PFE folder. That was one of the first things I did. And note that with Norton 360, you have to tell it to exclude PFE from virus scans and from "Sonar" (Sonar is realtime prote...
