Hi. Managed to fix it myself! I did a complete uninstall and reinstall, but only to 3.0.0 and a cumulative to 3.0.2. That then did an update to 3.1.18! The problem with the update not working was with 3.1.15! Forgot to attach the logs in my previous post, but have attached that to this post. Cheers....
