I have windows 7, so i've installed it outside the the program files x86, at the (C:) hard drive where my FS already installed there.

Am now trying to reinstall it again.

Make sure your regional setting is set to English. Try running makerwys and rebuild the PFE database. Also are you running latest version 2.14. I've finally recognized the problem, its not from PFE

the frequency should be "123.120" but my frequency was "123.125"

I cant change it to .120, its either .125 or .110

Any suggestions?
