Approach control vectors me all over the sky but not to the final approach course at the end of an instrument flight. Sometimes I am cleared for the approach and other times not cleared at all. Thank you for the response. No wind during either approach. Just rebuilt the database prior to the approach.

When using PFE does it change approach coordinates to those in the PFE database. When I fly the ILS at LAX 6L using PFE and autoland it is aligned to the right and off the runway. When I do the same approach without PFE, down the middle.

Did some tweaking in fsx and now the atis works? Don't really know why.

ground is now responding after rebuilding the database,still no atis only static.

I have both fs9 and fsx. fs9 works fine however, at the same airport, KLAS with fsx I get only static when I tune to atis , get clearance, but no response after calling ground? My settings and the frequencies are the same.

For some reason I am not receiving vectors to the ILS. It worked fine in the past at the same airport. Instead, I receive clearance to final approach at pilots discretion. If I request vectors, I get a single heading change only, then pilots discretion. Also enroute I receive crazy heading changes ...
