Dave, For example: I've just created a VFR VOR flight from Inverness (EGPE) to Aberdeen Dyce (EGPD) using FSX flight planner. That compiles in PF2000 without any problem. I then planned the same flight using Pan G (and saved it in FSX with a different file name). That did not compile. 2. No - no ...

Not able to compile - I still have the same problem which I posted in Feb: Compiling FPs in PF2000 is a hit and miss affair; sometimes it will compile with no problem and others it will not. Flight Planners I use: a) FSX standard Flight planner (sometimes compiles) b) FSC ...

Sabre - Thanks for your info. What I mean about the way points is this: When I go to Flight Planner in FSX (having exported from FSC) and select that flight plan, go to Find Route, having selected VFR and Direct GPS. Initially FSX will only give me the flight plan from the original start point to ...

Dave, Thanks for reply. ~And yes, I have looked through the FAQs and found one or two similar but not the same; have also adjusted centre height down and so forth - to no avail. What are these other Flight Planners? I have looked everywhere for one and only found Plan-G (very good but that's the one ...

I cannot compile flight plans from Plan-G VFR Flight Planner or Super Flight Planner. Both of these will export their FPs in .pln format format and PFE will convert them to PF2000. However PF2000 will not compile. If I open them in FSX and then save in FSX, PFE will deal with them. The problem is ...

I found a pdf in my fs showing version no. However, since then I have read the FSUIPC manual and loaded fsuipc and now have it in fsx menu. Also PFE now connects to FS. This is down to your prompt about the menu, so thank you. (Still not really sure about FSUIPC except that some progs appear to need ...

Dave
It happens to flight plans ( *.PLN) stored in my ..............docs\Flight Simulator X Files, which includes quite a few which I have made from the FSX flight planner.
Am I making sense?
