In the aircraft preset box enter the final approach speed. However, remember that it is in fact the penultimate speed. It is not your over the fence Vat speed. UGEE exists in my FS9. BUt not UDYZ. I went to onlineflightplanner and generated a fpl by substituting UGEE with UDYZ and
then manually editing the fpl to restore it back to UGEE. PF3 had no problem in generating its own version of the fpl.

If your FMC is telling you to descend that has nothing to do with PF3 or even real ATC. Your FMC is only an aide memoire for the crew. You can as in real life ask PF3 to descend if it is fuel critical.
