Only a guess here...it's either a bad flightplan or it's a follow on from the other day when you had issues installing PFE. Try another flight or worse case,re-install PFE... Yes. I think I was trying to install the software while it was still sandboxed. I hit "disable forced programs" in sandboxie, launched the browser and downloaded the software again and all was good.
