Had a look at your debug...nothing untoward happening unless i have missed something.
Try uninstalling simbrief downloader,reinstall and then reconfig download directories.
When in PF3 click on Select a flightplan, then load flightplan and reselect MSFS2020 button.

What sim are you using?
Can you supply a debug_monitor log file please.
I use Simbrief and have no issues with PF3.

Not read your logs but did you do the following... Run as administrator when installing and run exe with admin rights when completed. Turn OFF your AV when installing or exclude it from scanning where PF3 is installed. Edit:just read logs. Have you ran Makerwys and then ran PF3 Database,having read ...

All i can say is PF3 must have had an "Off Day" when i did this flight.
Did a flight to Vancouver from LHR yesterday, same A/C...quite literally same parameters and not one issue as described in earlier post....go figure!

Just done it with a YouTube video.
In Taskbar or Settings right click on Speaker icon - Sound Settings - Under Output you will see your Speakers and Headphones...just click on item you wish to chose and this will switch to the one you want,hope this helps
