I got the PFE to successfully rebuild in FSX, but I'm still having the same issue with FS9.

New to the forums here. I just installed PFE, and everything was going smoothly till I went to rebuild the database. I extracted the runway maker, followed the instructions on that. When PFE Database Options starts it tells me to select RUNWAYS.CSV When I select the CSV file, Err:53 - File not found ...
