Just had a complete recovery thingy so have been busy reinstalling everything. I've got PFE,Expansion pack and FDC all installed and working but I cant find those add on voices that blended with PFE/FDC. I'm sure it was a separate free download.

You need to tune your comm radio in your aircraft to 122.9 its as simple as that, then use the relevant commands as can be found easiest by running PFE_Display which will show you which number sends what command.
Thanks for the explanation.

Sorry, what do you mean you can't find any reference to Unicom in FSX. If told to tune to Unicom that is what you should do. You won't get 'clearance' from Unicom because at an uncontrolled airport it is up to you to let other aircraft know where you are and what you're doing... via Unicom or Multi...

When creating a flight plan in FSX and compiling it in ProFlight 2000, sometimes, particularly at a small airport I am given a unicom frequency to contact clearance. I cant find any reference to unicom in FSX. I am using default aircraft. any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks. I need to check this out because PFE 'should' have used the FS frequency. Are you running PFE version 2.11.1 ? Hi Dave, I am running PFE version 2.11.1 and as I wrote I can contact clearance on 118.12. No big thing,I just thought it may be useful reporting it. Merry Christmas to you and you...

PFE reports clearance as 118.13 for EFHK, it is actually 118.12. Do you want me to post any more I find here?

Although the default ATC boxes are un-ticked in the FSX settings, I still hear them when using PFE/FDC. Does this actually interfere with PFE and how do I disable the default ATC .?

Thanks Dave, Missed that box. Autopilot/One to go now triggered. Maybe also the cause of my problems with the glide slope.

With the FSX 747-400 the vcp will activate the autopilot after take off and make the "one to go" calls at the appropriate times. I cant get both these options to work when using the FSX 737-800. Any help Will be appreciated.
