All seems to be well now. FDC voices loud and and clear, even with FSX sound Q off. Thanks

Turns out there is known conflict between FDC and Radar Contact. I normally start FDC before Radar Contact. But, a google search of the problem suggested starting Radar Contact first then FDC. Well, I did that and I still have the same problem. I can live with the problem for now, until I find a ...

With sound on in FSX, the FDC voices are muffled and hard to hear. But, if I turn off the sound in FSX the voices in FDC are loud and clear. Do I have some configuration wrong somewhere? What could be causing this? Thanks.

FDC has been running fine but all of sudden I am getting Run Time Error 53 when I click "select aircraft". Then FDC crashes to desktop.
Any ideas on what is causing this? Thanks

Running Vista Premium, 32 bit.

I got the file Dave. I installed it and it still does not work. I still get the error message: aircraft you are using has two flap positions, but FDC is using two flap positions. This is very strange.

No joy Dave. I am getting a message that I am using a aircraft with three flap positions, but FS9 is using an aircraft with two flap positions. No go.
There are some strange things about this SSTSIM bird.
