I'm using FDC 3.11 and recently my co-pilot has just stopped turning on the autopilot at take off, he does everything else I want him to do, he retracts the gear, retracts the flaps etc...But he will not turn on the Autopilot. I have it set to 500ft in the VCX options. He used to do it...
