Sorry, I thought I would re-install the retail version so I have uninstalled both Demo and retail copies now.
Can you send me another link to download the retail version?

Loaded the Demo again and it all works.

I attach a log from the demo, settings the same I think?

No change in that there is no ATC message window.

I thought the Hotkeys were a problem with the CS T etc but now back to default they all work except for the CS + "say again" combo.

Would it help if I install the demo again and try that?

The demo version had all the windows.
This is why i bought the product.

Yes it must be my system but I'd appreciate some help in finding out what's wrong with it so I can use the software as intended.

Reverted to default keys this time- all ok except "say again" didn't work

Right, for the attached log :- Profile was loaded CTRL V seemed to work ok bringing up the Hotkey window ( so i was wrong) There was no ATC messages window A log window was present when I clicked "say again" I am a bit frustrated now as things seem to change....however there is no ATC message window ...

OK, I found the following:- the Hotkey window will only work reliably when there is no profile selected. If works fine if there's no profile. The closed caption window containing the ATC transcript does not work at all. If I select "say again" hotkeys I get another window open with the ATC log in ...

I changed this to Ctrl V as stated in the post. Neither appear to work.

C S T works sometimes but mostly not. I turned on the Hotkey sounds which verifies a key is being pressed.

The Hotkeys display never has worked ?
