No, if you have 3.22.0 installed then you have everything you need.

If you could run 3.22.0 again and send me the resulting startup.log and the XDebug.log... then do the same with the beta, that 'might' help me.

I think the next step would be to see if there are any error messages in the FSUIPC log regarding TGS

You should setup PF3 to run with elevated admin rights. Right-click and select Run as Administrator. You can also setup a desktop icon to always run that way.

Checklists weren't designed to do what you're suggesting... when reading the checklist for flaps you want to know what they are currently set at to ensure they're correct. Incidentally, Hotkey #7 (Request Vectors) does not mean request vectors to finals. It's used following ATC telling you you're off the airway, to get vectors back the correct course

That Interactive Checklists option pertains to the delay for the reply. If you don't want to use interactive items in the checklist you need to remove them and use the non-interactive call instead.
