I am using PF3 version 3.13.0 with MSFS 2020. The close caption window works fine but I cannot hear the ATC voices.
I also use followings addons:
- Rex Weather Force and Texture Airport
- Simsounds 4.0

OS: Windows 10 pro Version 21H1
