One last Issue im having is no sounds when i load in the sim. I only see Captions. Ill try the DirectX for Managed Code runtimes again.

It appears you have some system DirectX files missing so would suggest the following: Download the Microsoft DirectX for Managed Code Runtimes, using the following link:- http://www.ocs-support.co.uk/downloads/directx_runtimes.zip Once downloaded you need to unzip the content into a temporary folde...

I've also been experiencing this. I've tried changing the settings with the language also uninstalled/reinstalled PF3 multiple times with the same result and error code. Also everything is set to run as an admin.
