Any ideas why it tells me non stop to maintain 39000, I am and I have standard pressure set

Once I ask for clearence, it then gives me push back and then taxi clearence straight away, how do I change so so I have to request pushback and then taxi when I am ready?

flipping in to atis and back does seem to have solved it
