Everything is configurable on options#1 screen,so if you don't like the distance then change it to your preference.. you mean options #2 (that's where the FAF values are set)? I know, but I thought the 4miles default were there for a reason, not to cause constant troubles :-) Which values do you ha...

4 Miles? Where did you get 4 miles from?

Please send me all the files from you PF3\Logs folder
Sending right now. But 4 miles was the default when I opened the options.

What would you suggest for these FAF values (height, distance) under ini-Settings?

Isn't 4 miles much too close? Every flight I had so far vectored me way too high and way too close to the runway.

Last waypoint of the FP is more than 15 miles away, btw.

Am I missing something? ANy recommendations? Every flight until the approach is picture perfect, then all the trouble starts.

All files starting PF3_P3D*.dat (there should be 5 of them)

I have done that first thing. Both airports are addon airports, but makerunways has been executed.

I tried it now with two stock airports, but that doesn't help. Crash is instant.

Ok, here's an important info, at least I think so - the program DOES connect to FSX:SE, it doesn't to P3D.
