Sorry, you've lost me! Were you responding to another post? :?
No, just wanted to point out that there are airports where taxi instructions (or the logic for pathfinding) do not work as intended.

Probably that's rather a problem of T2G than one of PF3, but most of the time the taxi instructions at Munich sound like a poem by Ernst Jandl (google him *g*) and send you on a trip you will never forget :-)

What I can tell you is that if you have the copilot on PTC mode right from the beginning, everything is ok (just tried it), but when you switch to it midflight, I think then it happens. Let me veryfiy this next flight.

But this isn't working when the copilot is P.I.C. - he overrides your settings with 2500, regardless what you have entered.

IFR, of course. This flight was just a mess, though.

Did an new one today from EDDT to EDBC, IFR, landing on 26. That one was picture perfect. My first perfect flight out of seven.

I'll keep you updated.

Flight Nr. 7 with default settings (7/3000) was a success. Great experience. I'll keep you updated. (was EDDT to EDBC in an ATR 42)

When I reached 3000 feet, I was pretty close to the airport, way too close for my taste, and then I was just forgotten by ATC. I crossed the airport from the side of runway 08L, but NEVER on ILS, just the general direction. I assume you missed the ILS beam and due to that never contacted Tower &quo...

Ok, I am getting more and more frustrated with PF3, as it seems it does things worse than PFE did. Let me explain: I wasn't able to do a SINGLE flawless flight in PF3. Everything is fine until I am handed off to approach. From there on, it's all a mess. First of all I thought it's because I had FAF ...

Well, at least on my system (Win10, P3D) there is no help popup when I click the question mark :-)

My setting is 7 to 10 on the distance. Altitude is pulled off the approach chart and varies between airports and runways.

If you listen to live atc they vector them in about 5 miles from the outer marker on most approaches. U

Thanks, I'll try nine on the next flight...
