PF3 has worked for years, but now when I start PF3 I get no display on my desktop. Is GUI the proper name? The display that gives me options and the selection of the flightplan etc. Another Program that frequently does this is the FlightSim Commander GPS display. But when it disappears there is a to...

I see in my original post, the attachment says it is incomplete. Here is another shot at the zipped debug_monitor_log file attachment.

In the past when I have declined the visual, the response was a verbal new runway instruction followed by a new heading. I now get no response at all

Thanks Dave: Looks like that was my problem. When I cycle Shift + F10, the problem goes away and I can display the correct frequencies. Otherwise, even if I close the display, the previous frequencies apparently are saved. I even shut down everything and the last frequencies were still there when I ...

I am finding that after I originate a new flight plan for PF3, then select that flight in the "select a flight plan" option, that the frequency popup will display the frequencies for the departure airport of the previous last flight I made which of course are the wrong frequencies for KRIC...

Sorry no, that's not available and if you really mean PF3 then you posted in the wrong forum :o Sorry Dave: I am just now making my transition from PFE/PF2000 and did not notice that there was a separate forum for PF3. I guess this makes for a good reason to save the old version as well. Thanks: RTH

In the old original PFE/PF2000 version, there was a complete frequency table for each waypoint in a flight plan. For example, to access all the frequencies for a flight plan from LLBG to KJFK, I could go to C:\PFE>FS2000>PF2000>flightplans> and double click on the word file PF2000-LLBG to KJFK.freq ...

PF3 is much easier to use than PFE, so it would avoid a steep learning curve. PF3 gives you the frequencies on the kneeboard after connecting (unless you use P3D, which has no kneeboard), but you may have to switch to the correct page to see the frequencies. If you tune to an unused frequency and i...

Maybe you want to try if the PF3 demo shows the same problem? It can be installed next to PFE without problems. I have not addressed the learning curve to use the demo yet. I just tried to see if the flight plans would connect. I purchased PF2000, then PFE just about the time they both became avail...
