I am finding that after I originate a new flight plan for PF3, then select that flight in the "select a flight plan" option, that the frequency popup will display the frequencies for the departure airport of the previous last flight I made which of course are the wrong frequencies for KRIC...

In the old original PFE/PF2000 version, there was a complete frequency table for each waypoint in a flight plan. For example, to access all the frequencies for a flight plan from LLBG to KJFK, I could go to C:\PFE>FS2000>PF2000>flightplans> and double click on the word file PF2000-LLBG to KJFK.freq ...

PF3 is much easier to use than PFE, so it would avoid a steep learning curve. PF3 gives you the frequencies on the kneeboard after connecting (unless you use P3D, which has no kneeboard), but you may have to switch to the correct page to see the frequencies.
