Since the kneeboard does not appear in prepar 3d how do get that list up in prepar 3D?

Just tried use this with the PMDG 747 for some reason it's not picking up that I have the correct freq in com one. Anyone have any tricks or some advice I'm sure I'm missing somthing.

Guys I just purchased this software and I received the download link in my email I download it with issue but the zip file is empty 0 bytes I sent an email to the contact given in the email but the response said it was on my end.
