What do I do about creating a PF3 database for both Simulations ?

I have just bought PF3 and tried a General Aviation flight as my first PF3 Flight. In the UK and I presume most of Europe, the normal GA call sign is the aircraft registration i.e. G-ABCD Golf Alpha Bravo Charlie Delta, but I can't find this in the PF3 VFR Options page, only Piper or Cessna which is ...
