Before taking off or during climb out, if I switch from tower to the departure freq without contacting departure verbally, they speak to me as if I had contacted them. I am using MCE with PF3. I had this same problem with the full payware version when it prompted me for the update.

I fixed it with this line:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>Regsvr32 "C:\FSX_addons\PF3\Updates\CSF.ocx"

Hoping that is all that was needed.
The program was not running as administrator when I updated it.
