I have to work out what to say to FSS to open the flight plan as I am using MCE. Which PF3 key would opening the flight plan correspond to? Knowing that would help me to work out the phrase to trigger it in MCE.

I started from YDOC cold and dark. It is an uncontrolled airport. I took off and during the climb made contact. Maybe that has something to do with it?
