I use PF3 Display over a network with WideFS. With V3.6.0 of PF3 I get all zeros for all frequencies in the Ctrl, Dept and Dest freqs popup menus at the bottom. However, PF3Display does respond to the correct frequencies in the commands list. If I run a copy of PF3Display on the local machine it sho...

Thanks Dave. I've only the question about IR5 holding me up from buying it now. I'm pretty sure it will but its not only a wonderful gadget for Flight simulation but a very costly one too so I'd rather not have to buy a replacement. I presume you're referring to TrackIR5? If so then yes it works fi...

The PF3 resume function is intended for use should PF3 fail, so to emulate that you need to stop PF3 via the task manager, then you'll get a 'resume last flight' prompt on your next restart. :) Ah, that wasn't entirely clear from the help docs. I read it as if there wasn't a completed flight i.e. y...

To allow PF3 to recognise Plan-G 'User' waypoints. i.e

<ATCWaypointType>User</ATCWaypointType>

At the moment I have to find and replace 'User' for 'Intersection' to get PF3 to recognise that the flightplan has waypoints when I use plan-g to navigate by VRPs.

Any ideas? This isn't the first time this has happened, just the one I have logs for.

Another simple VFR flight in Canada CYZF - CEM3, plan attached. The enroute altitude was 6000. However as soon as I reached the first waypoint (not far from origin) I get descend to 5000 at pilots discretion, so I stayed at 6000 (at my discretion :-)). About halfway I get handed off to Edmonton cent...

Had an odd one today when I did a two leg journey. On approach to the first airfield, I was being given ATC calls to turn to 275 which I did and then subsequently landed using multicom. I disconnected PF3 from FSX, loaded a different flight plan for the next leg and the reconnected. Shortly after ta...

It seems Departure magically detected that you are on their frequency and you magically knew that you were cleared for 8000.
Looks like some kind of timing bug.
So in the interim I need to pay close attention to my responses and act on any magical clearances?
