PF3 will initially descent/vector you to the "DEPT" airport (Yes selected) after declaring emergency right after takeoff and then forget about you.
Dept airport is TNCM from FlyTampa .

I X-out all runways for KIAD except 19C and 1C. Atis told me no suitable landing runway and to report this error.
Would love to be able to fly the GIBBZ2 with an approach to 1C. PS: Rwy 1L works.
