currently I only can give you answers to the first two questions:
1. FSUIPC is auto-started by MSFS.
2. Unregistered version.

The last flights were with the older version of FSUIPC so no current logs. Will try next week.

Same problem here after I updated FSUIPC and PF3 to the newest versions on Monday. Reverting FSUIPC back to version 7.4.6 (that is my last backup version) seems to have solved the problem with the hotkeys. No file in antivirus-quarantine.

Selected an Airline in options1 and had no problems with Say Again during my last flight. Thanks for the tip, ThomasAH.

thanks for your reply. I indeed switched recently Airline to "None". I will try with my next flight tomorrow and will report back.
