i already check use Real Weather option in ProFlight Settings page but compile button is still grey

i already convert fsx flight plan to fs2000 format but compile button is still grey

pfe cannot compile my flight plan create with fs planer but when i load flightplan from oncourse-software Forum name Wolfgang's PFE Tours and i open pf2000 and select flt afterthat complie button is not gray but when i use my flight plan the compile button is gray

i already compile my flight plant in pf2000 after that i open pfe and press select new adv but no adv flight plant

i connect pro flight emulator to fs and FSUIPC4 show pfe initialising and i tune the airplne raido to atis frequency but don't hear static sound
