Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong. As when I ask for pushback before I have even started the pushback, I get taxi instructions is this the correct procedure or not :(

Hi can anyone help I am flying from Zurich I start the flight in FSX and load PFE I get clearance and then push and start, Then ask for ready to taxi I start to get taxi instruction half way through PFE crashes.
